Superman's mind is controlled, he thinks Batman is Darkside and has killed Lois Lane. He has to take on the entire Watchtower defense, Wonder Woman and still nearly kills Batman.

Superman/Batman #23

Batman gets possessed by Kryptonite Man (that's right, the dude is literally made out of Kryptonite). That's not enough to take down Batman though and Supes smashes Batman hard enough for Kryptonite Man to seek refuge in another body.

Superman/Batman #33

Batman gets possessed (again!) by an alien life form (Blackrock). Batman subsequently gains superpowers. Blackrock, who guides Batman, takes its safe to take on Superman because surely Supes wouldn't dare to really hurt Batman.

Justice League #2

DC's universe restarts and Batman and Superman are strangers to each other. As per popular comic book tradition, they don't get to know each other and have a friendly conversation, but immediately start beating each other up. Oh, and Green Lantern joins the party.

Batman: The Dark Knight #5

Batman goes crazy because he's poisoned with Bane venom. And when you're poisoned, what's the first thing you do? That's right, you start a fight with Superman.

One more punch and Batman is down.
