The time traveller runs off while the thin nurse puts her hand to her mouth, craned as an artificial microphone and shouts for security.

TIME TRAVELLER:
… got to run again.

NURSE (exclamation):
Security!

Panel 2
The man is running down the stairs of the corridor he exited earlier, security officers behind him.

OFFICER 1 (exclamation):
Stop or I'll shoot!

Panel 3
The man's hand starts glowing again while he is running.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought):
In need to summon something before those idiots kill me.

Panel 4
A small, oval device materializes in his hand.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought, surprised):
Huh, how will that help me?

Panel 5
He pushes the tiny red button on top of the device with his thumb.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought):
Push the red button, I guess...

Panel 6
Exterior view from outside the window looking into the staircase. The glass shatters as the man and his two pursuers fall to their knees, clasping their ears to protect them from the hellish, high pitched noise.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought):
Oh, shoot!

Panel 7
The man looks at the shattered window.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought):
Broken window? How is that supposed to help me?

Panel 8
He jumps out of the window, staring at the gaping depth below him.

TIME TRAVELLER (thought):
Talk about a leap of faith!
